Very Bad Posture is a free display font from Jakob Fischer built from tall, narrow capitals with a doubled inner stripe running through each stroke. True to its name, every letter leans and tilts at its own slight angle rather than sitting perfectly upright, giving the whole alphabet a loose, hand-carved rhythm. It's a caps-only design, with lowercase keys mapped to the same capital shapes.
The crooked stance and striped construction give it a strong resemblance to the lettering used on The Lion King movie titles, which makes it a natural pick for safari and jungle-themed party invitations, African adventure and wildlife branding, and any Pride Rock or Simba-inspired design project.
Its bold, tall proportions also work well more generally for playbill-style titles and rustic, tribal-leaning logos.
